Same-Day Gift Delivery in Brisbane: What to Know

If you need a gift to arrive today, here's how our Brisbane delivery works, where we go and what it costs.

Quick answer: Order before 12pm for same-day hand delivery across Brisbane's inner west, or after 12pm for next-business-day delivery. Need it sooner? Send us a message and we'll see what we can do. It's free on orders of $70 or more. We also deliver to the maternity wards at The Wesley and Mater Mothers'.

Where we deliver

We deliver by hand to St Lucia, Indooroopilly, Graceville, Kenmore, Fig Tree Pocket, Taringa, Toowong, Sherwood, Auchenflower, Milton, Chelmer, Corinda, Chapel Hill and Jindalee.

What it costs

Local delivery is free on orders of $70 or more, and a flat $14.95 under that.

Outside the inner west we ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is free over $130 and $14.95 under that. Express is $19.95.

Hospital delivery

We take gifts straight to the maternity wards at The Wesley Hospital in Auchenflower and Mater Mothers' Hospitals in South Brisbane. Delivery to The Wesley is free on orders of $70 or more, and delivery to Mater Mothers' is free on orders of $130 or more. Below that, it's a flat $14.95.

On the product page, tick “Sending this to a hospital?” and add the ward and room number, plus a mobile for mum or partner. The hospital goes in at checkout as the delivery address.

Before we deliver, we check that she's still on the ward. Each order includes one delivery, using the shipping option chosen at checkout. Hospital deliveries run Monday to Friday.

If mum has already gone home, let us know before our first delivery attempt and we'll work out an alternative based on where she is. If we've already attempted delivery at the hospital and weren't told she had been discharged, a second delivery will cost $14.95, whether we hand deliver it or send it with Australia Post.

Picking it up yourself

If you'd rather hand it over in person, pickup from West End is free. We send the exact address once your order is confirmed. Orders placed before 12pm may be ready the same day, and we'll confirm a time with you first.
