Shipping & Delivery Policy

Same-Day Dispatch

We want gifting to be easy, fast and stress free. Here are all the ways we can get your gift where it needs to go.

Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and your order leaves the same day, as long as everything in it is in stock.

  • FREE local delivery on orders of AUD $70 or more
  • AUD $14.95 local delivery fee on orders under AUD $70

Ordered after 12pm and need it sooner? Send us a message and we'll see what we can do.

Hospital Delivery

We deliver straight to the maternity wards at:

  • The Wesley Hospital (Auchenflower)
  • Mater Mothers' Hospitals (South Brisbane)

Mater Mothers' sits outside our usual inner west run, but we deliver there too. Hospital deliveries run Monday to Friday.

  • FREE delivery to The Wesley on orders of AUD $70 or more
  • FREE delivery to Mater Mothers' on orders of AUD $130 or more
  • AUD $14.95 delivery fee on orders under AUD $70 (The Wesley) or under AUD $130 (Mater Mothers')

On the product page, tick “Sending this to a hospital?” and add the ward and room number plus a mobile for mum or partner. The hospital goes in at checkout as the delivery address.

Before we head out, we text that number to check she is still on the ward. Each order includes one delivery, using the shipping option chosen at checkout.

If mum has already gone home, let us know before our first delivery attempt and we'll work out an alternative based on where she is. If we've already attempted delivery at the hospital and weren't told she had been discharged, a second delivery will cost AUD $14.95, whether we hand deliver it or send it with Australia Post.

See all the details on our hospital gift delivery page.
