Your friend has just had her baby and you can't get to the hospital today. Choose a hamper, tell us what to write on the card, and we'll take it to the maternity ward for you, wrapped and ready to open.

Delivery times and cost
- Free hospital delivery on orders of $130 or more
- Hospital delivery is a flat $14.95 on orders under $130
- Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and it arrives that same afternoon
- Order after 12pm and it arrives the next business day
- We deliver to hospitals Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend are delivered on Monday
How it works
- Choose your gift. Pick one of our ready-made baby hampers or build your own.
- Add the details on the product page. Tick “Sending this to a hospital?” and add the ward and room number, plus a mobile for mum or partner if you have one. Write the card message in the gift message box and we write it out by hand. The hospital goes in at checkout as the delivery address.
- We confirm when we arrive. At the hospital we check with the maternity ward reception that she is there. If we have any doubt, we contact you first.
- We hand it over. If someone is with her, we ask them to come out and take the gift. If not, we leave it with reception, who pass it on.
If mum has already gone home
Hospital stays can be short. If she has already gone home, we'll contact you for another address. If it's in one of our free local delivery suburbs, we'll hand deliver it at no extra cost. Anywhere else in Australia, we'll send it with Australia Post and the postage is paid by you (standard postage is $14.95). We always check with you before we send it.
Our best-selling baby gift
The Welcome Baby Gift Box includes a bamboo cotton muslin swaddle and a wooden baby brush. You can add the baby's name engraved on the brush for $14.90, so it's something they'll keep.
Questions
Do you deliver to other hospitals?
Right now we deliver to the maternity wards at The Wesley and Mater Mothers' only.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No. Hospital deliveries run Monday to Friday. If mum is likely to go home over the weekend, order by Friday before 12pm.
Will there be a price or invoice in the box?
No. We never put an invoice inside a gift.
Can you deliver to a home address in Brisbane?
