Refund policy

At Wrap With Love, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We truly hope you love what you receive! However, if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products — many of which are made to order, personalised, or part of curated gift boxes — we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@wrapwithlove.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief explanation

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your claim and it’s approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return shipping cost

If a return is approved due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect or missing items), we will cover the cost of return or replacement shipping.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time, as stock is limited and many items are one-of-a-kind or handmade.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
