When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are dispatched the same day for in-stock items. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, in Brisbane's inner west: St Lucia, Indooroopilly, Graceville, Kenmore, Fig Tree Pocket, Taringa, Toowong, Sherwood, Auchenflower, Milton, Chelmer, Corinda, Chapel Hill and Jindalee. Order before 12:00 PM and we hand-deliver it that same day. Free on orders of AUD $70 or more, and AUD $14.95 on orders under AUD $70.
Everywhere else in Australia we dispatch the same day rather than deliver it: orders placed before 12:00 PM leave that day with Australia Post. Free standard shipping on orders of AUD $130 or more, and AUD $14.95 flat below that.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order for free at our West End, Brisbane pickup point. The exact address will be provided after order confirmation.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide, with flat rates so you always know what you'll pay.

Can I customise a hamper?
Yes! Many of our hampers can be personalised with a handwritten card or by swapping certain items. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any additional costs.
What if an item in my hamper is out of stock?
We may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value, always keeping the style and quality consistent.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll need your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace, refund, or correct the problem as quickly as possible.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us immediately at contact@wrapwithlove.com.au. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address free of charge. If it has shipped, we’ll help you redirect it if possible (carrier fees may apply).

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- For change of mind returns, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change or cancel it at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
